Three J’s Pc Repair generally provides service coverage in the greater Tuscaloosa County
1. Business hours and availability of services
Three J’s Pc Repair generally provides service 24 hours every day of the week. However, Three J’s Pc Repair reserves the right to amend those hours, without any prior notice, in any way, unless directly prohibited by prior contract with a third party. Three J’s Pc Repair does not make any guarantee as to the time frame of services provided, unless expressed directly in a written contract between Three J’s Pc Repair and the party to which such services shall be provided. In a perfect situation, services are complete within a 24 hr period. Availability of services may depend upon the availability of services and parts that Three J’s Pc Repair obtains from third parties, and Three J’s Pc Repair shall not be held liable for delays in its own products or services caused by shortages or delays from any such third party, although reasonable efforts shall be made to ensure the efficient delivery of products and services.
2. Charges to our customers
Three J’s Pc Repair currently offer all services to be paid with cash or check only. Since we have no permanent building, this method is the only one we deem to be financially reasonable. If a check payment is returned there will be an additional charge of $45 dollars which will be billed as a processing fee for the bounced payment.
- Legal Obligations
Three J’s is a service provider. As such, when services are provided, all of our customers waive all legal liability against Three J’s unless it is proven that the employee did malicious work thereby harming the pc. The condition of the Pc will be documented and returned to the customer in the same fashion it was received. The responsibility of the software and files on the Pc is solely on the owner and operator of the PC. Responsibility of the information stored is not held to Three J’s. Information and parts do get damaged during repair and by allowing us to work on the Pc is it understood that all legal rights are waived by agreeing to have us work on the unit.

Three J’s Pc Repair provide its services to you subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
